DAVID HARTMAN

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, BRAND DESIGN LAB AT TARGET

Leading a specialized design and innovation team devoted to creating brands and design experiences that delight guests, improve their daily lives and deepen their relationship with Target, David also co-chairs Target’s Design Month conference, an annual program celebrating design, creativity and innovation across the company.

Previous clients have included Procter and Gamble, Coca-Cola, Kodak, AOL, Pepsi and The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), among others. You’ve seen his work in HOW, The New York Times, Ad Age and more.

Jessica Hazen

Experienced in 360º integrated campaigns, including branded content, social, experiential, print and tv, Jessica has earned numerous awards and honors from the National Addys, Kelly Awards and Communication Arts. Jessica recently finished the latest campaign for the iconic “What Happens Here, Stays Here” Las Vegas brand.

In addition to writing about herself in the third person, Jessica loves fat fonts, skinny drinks and fancies herself an amateur interior designer. Currently, she’s obsessed with 1970’s sunken living rooms, pottery wheel throwing and ogling shiny pop art.

Jimmy Dietzen

JIMMY DIETZEN

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR, CRAMER-KRASSELT

After college, Jimmy toured the country in a rock band, failed miserably and then got into advertising. With over 10 years of experience as an “art director who also writes,” Jimmy has worked on brands such as Quaker Oats, Wrigley, BIC, Corona, Cedar Fair and Lay’s.

Career highlights include the award-winning Allstate Mayhem campaign, and creating the “Give Extra, Get Extra” campaign for Extra Gum (leading to a 17% sales increase). When not at work, he makes music in his band Sugar Free Guns or pretending to be a princess with his daughter, Vivienne.

Mark Sunderland

MARK SUNDERLAND

ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR AT &BARR

As part of a content creation team that is reshaping the traditional agency paradigm, Mark is a writer, composer and filmmaker with nearly 20 years in advertising.  Many of those years were spent in Florida, specializing in Travel and Tourism, at Disney’s Yellow Shoes Creative Group, MMGY Global and Paradise Advertising. 

In addition to his role as an advertising creative, Mark has received national attention for his work as a composer, creating branded music and scoring many regional and national commercials.

CO-FOUNDER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR AT ARSON

With a unique background in design, direct marketing, digital, and traditional advertising, Lotus Child (yes, that’s her real name) applies her cross-media experience in both the B2B and B2C spaces.

 

After cutting her teeth on Nike at Wieden + Kennedy, Lotus moved to San Francisco, where she had the opportunity to work on tech heavyweights like Microsoft, HP, Intel, and Yahoo! as well as a wide range of startups. As the ECD for the San Francisco office of G2 (now Geometry Global) she rebuilt the creative team, won new business and led the office to be the most-awarded G2 location in the U.S.
